I currently train twice a day, four days a week. My schedule follows a four week rotation as follows - heavy, medium, very heavy, light

The reps and weight varry from 5 sets of 3 at 70% to 8 sets of 3 at 85%. One session a week for bench press and squats is done with around 50% to 60% as fast as possible

For the past 6 years my training has taken place in the garage at home. My husband Steven has been my coach ever since I first started lifting and also trains with to keep me company.
